Rental conditions

Utility usage
Electricity and heat usage, environmental fees and telephone charges will be settled upon departure. All such usage is recorded automatically at the front desk.

The environmental fee partly covers renovation costs, water, sewer service and expenses for environmentally and energy-friendly investments.

Skallerup is the first CO2-neutral holiday center in Denmark.

Arrival and departure
Arrival time 15.00 and departure time no later than 10.00 for all stays.

Cottage number
It is not possible to book a specific cottage number. Please note that when you book a stay, you book a category/corttage type, and not a specific cottage number. In the case of group bookings, we cannot guarantee that the cottages will be located in immediate proximity to one another.

Cleaning
The cottages must be left in orderly condition.

A final cleaning is included with all stays.

Dishwashing, cleaning of the oven, refrigerator and woodburning stove and emptying of rubbish are not included in the final cleaning, but must be carried out by the guests before departure.

Window washing
The windows of the holiday cottage are washed at regular intervals. Given the holiday centre's location hard by the North Sea, ocean spray, winds and sand can leave their mark on the windows from time to time. Windows, doors and patio furniture may consequently look somewhat soiled at times.

The holiday cottages are equpped with hoses, brushes and scrapers that can be used if additional window washing is desired.

It is also possible to order a window washing so that the windows will be washed outside on your arrival date – see prices under "Purchases."

Activity cards
All prices include a personal activity card, which gives free admission to:

• Fitness room and outdoor fitness area
• Outdoor playground and jungle trail
• Outdoor ball- and multi field

Access to badminton, squash, pool, electronic games, miniature golf, tennis courts, horseback riding, etc. is available for small fees.

The maximum number of activity cards issued equals the number of sleeping places in the cottage in question.

School camps
An obligatory deposit of 1.000,- per cottage is required for camp schools to cover any damage. The cottages will be inspected and taken stock of upon departure, and the deposit will be refunded, assuming that the cottages and their fixtures and furniture are found to be in good order.
