Payment terms

Week-long stays
For week-long stays, 60% of the rent must be paid no later than 10 days after receipt of confirmation of the stay. The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before the arrival date. If the first installment is not paid on time, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.

Weekend/midweek
The rent must be paid in full (100%) no later than 10 days after receipt of confirmation of the stay. If the payment is not made on time, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.

Online booking
When booking online, the entire amount (100%) must be paid in full, including any purchases made at the time of the booking. Payments are made using Dankort via DIBS (Danish Internet Payment Service), which is PBS-approved.

Cancellation protection
Cancellation protection equal to 5% of the rent must be ordered at the time of booking and paid no later than with the deposit.

In the event that your holiday stay is cancelled due to serious illness, accident or death affecting the tenant, spouse, child, parents or siblings, the entire rental sum will be refunded.

In the event of a cancellation without cancellation protection:
- no later than 30 days before arrival, a 300,- fee must be paid
- between 30 and 2 days before arrival, 50% of the rental sum will be retained
- less than 48 hours before arrival, the full rental sum will be retained.

Force majeure
In the event that tenancy is prevented by force majeure (natural disaster, strike, acts of war, civil unrest or the like), Skallerup will not be liable for any damages in connection with any stays that do not take place or are not completed.
