 The Restaurant
The Restaurant place a great importance to both adult visitors and families with children. Therefore the restaurant is divided in two sections: the Gallery and the Brasserie. But the cornerstones for both are based on French thoroughness and respect for particular the Danish raw materials, while the love of the profession is the kitchens mantra.  |
