Price changes
We reserve the right to make price changes. |

The following rules apply with regard to cancellations of conferences or changes in the number of participants:
- an event can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 weeks before its starting date.
- if cancellation occurs later than 6 weeks before the scheduled starting date, a cancellation fee equal to 65% of the confirmed price will be charged. However, full coverage may be required for services that cannot be cancelled.
- if cancellation occurs later than 2 weeks before the scheduled starting date, 100% of the price of the event will be billed for.
- cancellation of up to 10% of the number of participants confirmed in the order can occur at no charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled starting time for the event. The change in the number of participants must, however, not exceed 5.
- cancellations must always be made in writing.
- "cancellation" refers to amu annulment or similar material changes in relation to the order confirmation. |
