Outdoor fitness




On our new outdoor exercise course you can exercise in harmony with nature while you enjoy the view to the sea and the fresh air.

The tools are specially developed to use the body´s own weight as resistance, unlike traditional fitness machines.

They are made so that all people, regardless of age and daily activities may benefit from the exercise. The tools are made in a simple, Scandinavian design, which contributes to a beautiful, aesthetic experience, while having the features needed for full training and maintenance of the body.
